General entry applications are now open.

[NOTICE] If we receive a large number of applications, we may give priority to our magazine advertisers and official retailers. Thank you for your understanding.

1) In order to maintain the magazine’s visual concept and quality, vehicle entries for the car show are subject to photo screening/selection.
2) Applications may close without prior notice once capacity is reached.

Rules / Prohibited Actions

If you fail to follow the rules below, you may be asked to leave the event.

• There are multiple display power outlet locations inside the indoor venue. Please watch your step and be careful while viewing.
  (If any power equipment is damaged, the responsible party will be required to compensate for the damage.)

• Dangerous actions such as hopping and burnouts on roads around the venue are strictly prohibited.

• Please follow all instructions from the organizer and event staff.

• By participating, you agree that any photos, videos, and audio recordings (including your likeness/portrait) of participants, companions, and vehicles taken at this event may be used in organizer media, including websites, social media, printed materials, video productions, and promotional content.

• The organizer and related parties assume no responsibility or liability for any accidents, vehicle accidents, injuries, or damages that occur in connection with the event—whether sustained by you or caused to others—regardless of location (inside or outside the venue). This applies even if the accident is caused by organizer or staff mistakes.

(Regarding the Car Hop Area)

 

• For safety reasons, the Car Hop program will be conducted only within the designated area set by the organizer.

• If unauthorized persons (including spectators and non-participants) enter beyond the designated boundary line, the program will be stopped immediately to prevent danger.

• Depending on circumstances, the program may be cancelled for the day and may not resume.
